INTRODUCTION
ABOSN outrigger crane pads are made from a high-quality polyethylene, meaning they will not splinter, crack, are non-conductive, and will not absorb water. They are easy to install and provide a safe working environment for heavy equipment with outrigger arms. The unique design of our crane outriggers allows each pad to adapt to the working surface and return to its original shape once the work is complete.
Our strong and durable products are easy to clean, are chemical and oil resistant, easy to store, and long-lasting. Our outrigger pads are an efficient and cost-effective solution for outrigger support. Despite being incredibly strong and durable, the pads have a light weight design making them easy to install and move around.
As they're impermeable to water, they can be used in all weather conditions and their hard-wearing structure makes them unbreakable during normal working conditions.Our pads are ergonomic design for ease of use when handling and storing. They can be manufactured in a range of sizes, colours and thicknesses for the heaviest of applications. We are also able to produce to your bespoke design, and we can also incorporate your logo or required markings.

Big strength and supports
Safety is critical when lifting and lowering heavy equipment. Traditionally wooden cribs have been used to provide temporary structures to support and stabilise loads, but when left outside and exposed to the elements they splinter and rot. Engineered from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) our cribbing block products are resistant to water and chemicals.
--Highest abrasion resistance of any polymer, 6 times more abrasion resistant than steel.
--Do not absorb moisture and will not swell up over time due to exposure outdoors.
--Good impact intensity,Do not lose their impact strength over time.
--Good breaking elongation,so they will bend but not break under extreme loads.
--Non-stick surface, easy to clean.
--Corrosion and chemical resistant.
--Durable lasting, low cost and efficient working compared to steel or aluminum.
--Will not rot, crack, splinter, much safer to use in the field compared to other wood based pads.

Q: Are you producer or trader?
A: We are producer.
Q: What are ABOSN made from?
A: Most of our mats are made from Virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is extremely strong and lightweight. For black, we use some recycled HDPE.
Q: Are plastic mats prone to cracking or bending?
A: All plastic mats will flex to follow ground contours. However due to the exceptionally high grade of HDPE used in our premium mats, they are guaranteed against cracking or breaking.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is the expected lifespan of your mats?
A: Our mats are designed for longevity with a typical lifespan of up to 10 years or more, depending on frequency and type of use.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% pay in advance and balance upon the B/L .
