 UHMWPE Profiles&parts  Characters:

1. High-wear resistance seven times wear resistance than steel, four times than PTFE.

2. High impact resistance two times impact resistance than PC, five times than ABS.

3. Self-lubrication  the same as PTFE, better than steel and brass appended lubricating oil.

4. Anti-corrosion resistance, stable chemicals property and can endure the corrosion of all kinds of corrosive medium and organic solvent in certain rang of temperature and humidity.

5. Non-sticking  the smooth surface of product hardly affixes other material.

6. Low temperature resistance in (-196), it still has the prolongation and high tensile strength.

UHMWPE/HDPE:is odorless,tasteless,and nontoxic.It is highly resistant to corrosive chemicals except 

oxidizing acids;has extremely low moisture absorption, low temperature resistant, and a very low coefficient 

of friction; is selflubricating; and is highly resistant to abrasion, in some forms being 15 times more resistant 

to abrasion than carbon steel.

 

We offer an extensive range of extruded and machined plastic profiles and German UHMWPE Wear Strip such as under chain track profiles, plastic wear strips and plastic conveyor chain tensioner for use in power transmission, conveying, elevating and in materials handling applications. Traditional steel guide profiles lead to heavy wear on steel chain links plates and rollers, requiring constant lubrication. UHMWPE Wear Strip can offer unique sliding and low wear properties to help resolve these problems.

 

Wear-Resisting PE/HDPE Plastic Strips, UHMW-PE Strips combines the advantage characteristics of all types of plastic, featuring in the excellence of withstanding wear and tear, resisting impact and chemical corrosion, self-lubricating, working against low temperature, being low in abrasion loss, light in weight, absorbing energy, anti-ageing, retarding inflaming and preventing build-up of static electricity. It is widely used in the interior lining of coal house of thermo power plants, coal mines and coking plants etc., the raw material storehouse of cement factories, steel mills and aluminum factories, the granary of food industry, feedstuff industry and pharmaceutical factories as well the hoppers at wharfs.  Q: What are ABOSN made from?
A: Most of our mats are made from Virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is extremely strong    and lightweight. For black, we use some recycled HDPE.
 
Q: Are plastic mats prone to cracking or bending?
 A: All plastic mats will flex to follow ground contours. However due to the exceptionally high grade of  HDPE used in our premium mats, they are guaranteed against cracking or breaking.
 

  Q: How long is your delivery time?
  A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it      is according to quantity.
 
  Q: What is the expected lifespan of your mats?
  A: Our mats are designed for longevity with a typical lifespan of up to 10 years or more, depending on      frequency and type of use.
 
 Q: What is your terms of payment ?
 A: 50% pay in advance and balance upon the B/L .
